Hey, Crewmate! Here’s the scoop on how your order makes its way to you.

Made-to-Order & Made with Heart
Every Crew 23 item is printed just for you — no dusty stockrooms, no overproduction. We work with trusted print partners across the United States who begin creating your order as soon as it’s placed. Printing typically takes 1–2 business days, and embroidery typically takes 3-5 business days.

Once your item is printed, it ships directly from the facility to your doorstep.

Shipping & Delivery
Shipping within the U.S. usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on how far your item has to travel.

If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages — don’t worry, they’re just making their way from different facilities. You’ll receive tracking for each one.

International Shipping
At this time due to policies and tariff changes, we only ship within the United States.
We’re working on expanding internationally — stay tuned!
