Navigating returns with us is as breezy as a beach day! We want you to love your Crew 23 finds, but if you're not totally thrilled with your latest gear, here’s how we can make things right:

30-Day Return Window
Your adventures with our gear should be nothing short of fantastic. If they’re not hitting the mark, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to send items back for a refund. Just make sure you email your return request by the 30th day to ensure a smooth refund to your original payment method. If your return sails past the 30-day window, we can still process it, but we'll only be able to refund 50% of the payment.
Oops! Got a product hiccup?
If your item shows up with a printing or manufacturing glitch, we’re here to help! Snap a few pics of the issue and email them to support@crew23company.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We’re really sorry for the trouble, and we’ll hustle to get a replacement out to you stat!
Maintaining Shipshape Returns
To ensure smooth sailing for all returns, please make sure return items are in their original, unused condition, and not washed or worn. To keep things fair for all our adventurers, return items received in not-original condition will not be refunded.
Claiming your Treasure
We know waiting for a refund can feel a bit like watching for ships on the horizon, so we want to make it as straightforward as possible. Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we'll process your refund. Please allow approximately 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.Â
